Sealing sequences can be programmed, i.e. depending on the cutting and the fabric any parameters can be entered for a given segment and reproduced with 100% accuracy:
Features:No buttons, no pressure gauges: A touch screen and 100% parameter control
All parameters are controlled electronically: An integrated control board monitors the sealing temperature, the air volume, the sealing power and the two motors for the top and bottom rollers
Proportional valves enable the dynamic adjustment of air volume and sealing power
Two precision-controlled motors enable a very accurate differential feed
Completely new 2-axis engaging system: Using x/y carriages, the nozzle or wedge can be very accurately adjusted without tools
